*The rate is $600 per week plus tax for a 1 bedroom house which has the bedroom on the second floor of the main house and includes a king size bed and direct access to the rest of the house features. An additional bedroom/suite with a queen bed, full bath and separate entrance under the main house is available for an additional $150 per week making it a 2 bedroom house for a total of $750 per week plus tax. Seasonal rates do apply, so please contact us for a rate quote for your particular dates of travel. This set up allows 2 couples, or parents with adult children to rent the house together, and still have some privacy in their sleeping arrangements, as well as when they choose to come and go.
*We offer a discount rate for 1 month rentals. The rate will be the weekly rate with one week free. So, for a one bedroom the rate would be $1500, and the 2 bedroom would be $1950.
*We offer long term rentals for $750 per month plus utilities. *You must agree to a minimum 3 month lease to qualify for long term rental rates. We will negotiate the rate with longer terms. Please contact us for extended rental term rates.
